Home Instead is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. We provide non-medical, in-home support that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent. If you have a heart for service and enjoy making a meaningful difference in someone’s life, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship 

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Support with mobility and transfers

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Transportation to appointments or errands

• Maintain clear communication with office staff and families

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and dependable personality

• Ability to assist with  transfers, or assist clients as needed

• Strong communication skills

• Experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
