Now Hiring – Backup Assistant Manager (BUA) (Part-Time)

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Backup Assistant Manager (BUA) to join our team!

Position Details

• Part-Time (10–12 hours per week max)
• 3–4 days per week
• Availability required Friday–Sunday
• Every first Monday of the month is mandatory
• Retail and customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
• Support the Store Manager with team leadership and store goals
• Help maintain store appearance, merchandising, and organization
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is unavailable

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
