About Us

Love & Grace Family Resource Ministry is truly a guiding light in our community’s fight against hunger.

In 2019, founders Dwayne and Alice Clements, along with Denise, Marty, and Cody Daugherty, felt called to serve the community they’ve called home for more than 40 years by helping feed those in need. Guided by faith—and with nothing more than a pickup truck—they began delivering food to families around Canton.

What started as a simple act of service has grown into an incredible ministry now serving approximately 1,700 families each month.

Dwayne and Alice are on a mission to help wipe out hunger in Van Zandt County, while working alongside other food ministries in surrounding counties to expand that mission even further.

In January 2020, Love & Grace received its 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS, allowing individuals and organizations to support their life-changing work through donations.

This building has served Canton and surrounding communities for decades, and through God’s grace and the support of the community, Love & Grace hopes to continue serving for many years to come.

Mondays | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
