The Next Generation Foundation

About Us

The Next Generation Foundation is a Canton, Texas–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works alongside local businesses and community organizations to expand access to youth development opportunities.

Rather than operating stand-alone programs, the Foundation partners with existing youth organizations, such as sports leagues, scouting programs, and enrichment initiatives, to help remove financial barriers for families. This collaborative model allows community programs to remain strong while ensuring more youth can participate, learn, and grow.

Local businesses play a key role in this effort. Through sponsorships, in-kind support, and strategic partnerships, businesses are able to invest directly in the community, support workforce-ready skills such as teamwork and leadership, and demonstrate meaningful local impact.

The Foundation is committed to responsible stewardship and provides support through structured, program-based scholarships in partnership with local organizations. By connecting businesses, volunteers, and youth programs, the Foundation supports practical, community-based solutions that expand access to youth participation.
